It may not be so much about the number of sexual partners as much as it about the circumstances under which one is having sex. What I mean is this: If a girl has had 5 boyfriends in her life and has had sex with all 5, that doesn't necessarily make her a tramp, but if a girl has had 5 one night stands in a short period of time, then she may be considered a tramp. Now, of course, if a chic has had 20, 30, 40+ partners one can assume that she is probably pretty loose and easy. It is so not the same for men and women, though. Men can have as many partners as they like and some never get a bad reputation. It isn't fair, but it is reality.

I don't think that there is a set number of partners to be considered a "tramp". I think that part of being a "tramp" is in the attitude of the person. It's different for guys. If a girl is with x number of people and a guy the same, the girl is the tramp and the guy is a "playa". Sad but true.

It depends on how much you value yourself and how you feel about your behavior deep down inside. To someone else you might be considered a tramp no matter how many partners you have or what your behaviors are. Ultimately, its between you and God, and your (future)spouse, as well as any other people you may choose to have a sexual relationship with who are concerned with your history.

In my opinion, it depends on what ur religions beliefs and what your culture thinks of casual sex. For example, being raised in a strict catholic home and being of Mexican descent, any 25 year old who got knocked up without being married is a tramp! Believe it or not. On the other hand, i dont think anyone is a tramp if they are having safe sex with non committed men

First of all you need to consider wether you care what other people think. You dont need to disclose how many people you have been with.

I think that is probibly normal for people that are at least 30 to have had more than 20 partners. Obviously the number will go up as they get older.

just one, depending on if the guy you slept with wants to consider you a tramp or not for sleeping with him. My advice, stop worrying about it and learn to think for yourself. Your personal perception on yourself is going to reflect upon the outside world.

the number is irrelevant.

Its the reason that makes you a tramp.

and the reason a girl gets a bad rep, is that usually she shows signs of the wear and tear. Guys, luckily, we don't for the most part.

same with pregnancy out of wedlock. Girls show, guys dont.

ITs not a double standard, its just biologically different.
