50 cal works great. Terrorists have NEVER played by the rules. they hide in hospitals and schools. They use children and human shields. They hang our soldiers by their feet off bridges. They drage their bodies through the streets and yet, when we put them behind bars, we are the bad guys? Good question.

The same as our soldiers who murder innocent civilians!
The "Terrorist abide by the rules of war"! You have to be joking. This administration has made a mockery of the Geneva conventions, which are US law under the Constitution.
Murdering civilians by the Marines, GITMO and secret CIA torture camps around the world flagrantly violating world law.
Sorry, but we don't go by the "Rules of War", you better damn well expect no one else to either!!
You have heard the term Dead man Walking, well that is what those 2 Soldiers are!

Uh what has happen to the solders in Iraq is what combat is. Solders get killed, solders get captured that is combat. If the solders are found alive lets hope their captures are killed in a firefight, if not they become POWs and other laws of war will apply. Right now those two guys are POWs I just hope they remain honorable in their time of suffering.

Rules of war? That's cute. The fact is, it's war. We can make rules and laws and bla bla bla, but it's war. America is the King of breaking the rules of war. Do you think we would have won our revolution and gained our own country if we didn't break every rule in the book? Anyway, we should treat those people just like we would anyone else who kills and kidnaps.

at the same time as i became serving, we've been taught that we had the properly suited to refuse any unlawful order. American provider individuals even have advocates in the choose recommend universal and the Chaplain Corps. (Such orders are very uncommon, although, and that they might probable on no account get previous the decrease ranks. unlawful and abusive orders make all and sundry look undesirable, and the community commanders will frequently shelter them in living house.) additionally, having an all-volunteer protection tension provider makes us unfastened infantrymen and sailors. the only way you're able to desire to truly ever have what you describe is with a draft.

Do to them as they do to their hostages. Torture, kill, starve, whatever else they may do to them. Thats what i would like to happen to them but it won't. They will never follow a code of ethics. They are fanatic and hate the ways of others. We have to follow the rules of war, thats what makes us a humanitarian country. So we will try to save our boys and arrest and hopefully bring justice down upon the horrible terriosts who have done this.
And to the comment about our boys killing innocents. yes it has happened, it will. But there is only a few incidents of that. How many innocents have fanatical terriosts killed??

Simple they should just be killed. No prison time, no gitmo, no trial, just removed from the face of the earth.
And then the soldiers.. god willing they are still alive... they should recieve 2 months of leave for free to go relax and chill.

It's enough to simply kill them. We've been killing them in such great numbers that they have nearly been annhilated. The war in Iraq will end after we've killed every single one of them.
