Nothing when the lights are off, When you give head Non had more skin and circumcised well no skin. Non seem more sensitive to what the do to the head of the of the d i c k. The circumcised are use to the under-ware rubbing it and they don't seem to be as sensitive. That I all the differences I have notice my self personally.

It is my understanding that as the male grows older there are a few health problems with being non-circumcised such as a much higher risk of infections and cancers, and apart from this the rest is cosmetic. The actual sex side of associated to the experience a woman feels I have no idea!

With the uncircumcised, its the skin really.......besides, it smells and some Dr. mentioned something about it easily catching bacteria.
Other than that i think they are both the same

circumcised looks prettier...UN is messy...too much foreskin
