There is a "customer" at my job who is always very friendly. She always asks how things are and other small talk type stuff. Lately the things started to be more flirty, and I thought maybe I was imagining things. I wasn't today she asked for my number, and I said "Wait, what?" and she said she wanted to call me. I laughed it off. She knows I have an AWESOME girlfriend and I am NOT a cheater. Here's the kicker: she is married! I feel weird around her now, and I am too shy/nice to tell people off, but how can I stop this?

Just b/c u are nice, has nothing to do with letting someone know that they have crossed the line. Next time she comes in just say "Look i'm very moved that u wanted my number, but u r married, and i have a great girlfriend, and it would never work. any relationship that starts with a lie, will end with a line. If i hurt your feels i'm sorry." and that is all u have to say. u have to have some balls and just let her know. that is not being mean or anything.

The first thing you can do is be very nice to her and tell her you are very flattered that she is interested but you do have a girlfriend. If this doesn't work, maybe you could tell your boss about the situation. Then maybe something can be arrranged that you would not have to wait on this lady or whatever.

Same problem. Guys ask me out and I don't know how to tell them to leave me alone since I have a bf. Just don't give her the number. Or, when she comes, start taking about your gf and your plans with her.

Tell her that you know she is only joking, even if you know she is not, but that it is making you very uncomfortable to have her make those kind of statements and thank you for respecting me and my position at work.
Second, hope she's not a stalker and carries a knife because no matter what you say, she's not going to like it!!

Before u be mean to her, just try to find out what her intentions are with you. Mayb she just likes u as a friend. There's really no need to lie to her, or to be mean. I say just ask.
