No. Brushing your hair a lot can result in breakage. If you have wavy, curly hair it can also make it frizzy. You should also try not to brush your hair when it's wet. Brush your hair enough to get it styled. Make sure you use either some leave in conditioner or detangler when you are brushing your hair though, that will help prevent both frizz and breakage.

i have curly hair and maybe only brush it once a month b/c otherwise it gets too frizzy. i do use a lot of conditioner though. why are you obsessed with brushing?
