people who argues with you whatever you say,do you understand them?why are they like this?

some people just love to argue. they want to be right. even if you say they are right, they argue that you're "Just saying that so we dont' fight" ...and then suddenly you're arguing over that. although if it's a woman doing this, it CAN be b/c of hormones...if they aren't normally this way....so keep that in mind too.

It's about a need to be in control, in charge. This type of person is probably very insecure about himself and so has to constantly make himself feel that he is better than everyone else, and the only way to do that is if he puts everyone else down and insist that his way is the only way. Some people call it being a control freak, and it can sometimes be a form of verbal abuse. It says there's a lot of repressed anger in this person, and behind anger is always fear .. there's a scared child behind the argumentative adult.

It's not much use trying to placate or even present your point of view to such a person because nothing you say will be "right" to him. I've found the best thing to do is to just not play their game. All it will do is drain your positive energy and boost their negative energy. Don't waste your oxygen on someone like this.

Sometimes there is really no explanation as to why people want to argue...they just do. Some people thrive on getting a reaction especially if you're a nce person and they want to see what pushes your buttons. Others just like to be in control of whatever you're discussing and the remaining just get their kicks by arguing. Try just considering the source (the person who you're speaking with), and ask yourself if you really could expect that person to be any other way or is arguing just the way he/she is.
