She just turned twenty- one . . Seems(maybe i'm delusional) to want to fool around if not date ( or vice versa). Nice.... maybe for my ego but ... I havent been dating so that in of itself makes relations w/ her more interesting that perhaps otherwise... but the age difference suggests anythng would be brief....

Hm. Tell me, what on earth would a 40 year old man talk to a 20 year old GIRL about? I'm sure you have a small doubt in your heart being that you are bringing the subject up here and all.
I can understand the ego,sex-thing, but I cannot understand the intellectual part. Oh my, you might not be into the intellectual part, cause if you did, you would play with people your own age.
Consider this: The girl might think she's pretty cool managing to "seduce" an older guy. On long term she will realize, at one point, that it wasn't really cool. Give her a break and let her go. Our culture looks down on girls doing this kind of thing. Is this what you want for her?

Sure. Love has no boundaries. When it comes to love everything goes. Age is nothing but a number. If it's meant to be than it will regardless of the age difference!
