Not sure why but whatever the reason get some PROFESSIONAL treatments on it,you need to strengthen your hair.redken EXTREME is an intense treatment for damaged hair, ask your local PROFESSIONAL hairdresser for advise ( be patient, these products are good but use it regularly for at least a month to start seeing results. ) if it took months to damage then unfortunately it will take months to REPAIR...Hair is like skin, treat it badly, expect to pay back!!! look after your hair,to most people it is there crowning glory, and ain't we all upset when our hair bites back...Show it respect and it will do the same back.hope this helps.PLEASE give it time,no instant results are possible.but in the long run you will have fantastic hair. xx

First you should get the ends trimmed. Then try using this Cayenne Pepper mixture. Mix the Cayenne Pepper with a small amount of water to form a past. Massage the mixture into your scalp. Leave the mixture for about 15-20 minutes then shampoo out. I prefer to leave mine in over night. This mixture stimulates your scalp and helps create hair growth.

If you use a hair straightener or blow dryer try putting a leave on conditioner into your hair before blow drying or straightening. Use conditioner after each shampoo and when you get out of the shower don't rub your hair to get it dry try patting it dry. Also use a hot oil treatment that should help breakage.

There's a shampoo called Mane 'n Tail. Yeah, it's for horses, but it does a great job on damaged human hair. The brand name is Straight Arrow. Lots of beauty stores and drug stores carry it, but there's tons of places online as well.

Stop coloring, high lighting or perming. Use conditioner for dry hair and be sure to get your hair trimmed every 3 to 4 months, it is especially important to trim your hair if you are growing it out long. You can also use a lower temperature setting on your curling iron or straightener.
