How amny hrs did u study in 12th or 10th to become a Doctor???Or in college????
Why did u choose this career???

1. if you have to study to get decent grades, you probably won't do well in med school.

2. Lots of long hours in college as biology/chemistry (usually)major, but you can have a life as well.

3. After your BS/BA degree, you will take another 4 years in med school. Then you will complete at least three years of internship/residency. Many specialties require an extra year. Some require as many as seven years intern/res training. THEN, if you want a subspecialty, you may need several more years of training.

4. You don't do it for the free time, you don't do it for the money (your family doctor does not make 200K a year). You do it because you want to help people.

First of all you need to know how to spell! You will need to learn how to write using correct English! While still in High school take biology, take chemistry, math is important too. To get a doctors degree you are in college for four years minimum. If you specialize: eyes, brain, feet, skin, etc. you have to stay in school to get specialized training usually another 4 years. It takes a LOT of hard work, no friends, a lot of studing etc. I choose medicine because I want to help folks and the baby boomers are going to need medical attention as they get older.

well..long hours....some time it went all day and night long...but with breaks..which lasted for few minutes....but to remember to live your life and a social life as well...and remember ..if other before you can do it...you can do it too....and one more thing...its all in consistency....and never give in... and good luck
