Trent Troy- you're absoulty right!
He was Jewish - his deciples were jewish, that is until they started causing problems with in the Jewish community of that time-
And there fore the Rabbis of that time banned them from being part of the Jewish Nation, and therefor we see today what became a result of what happend then!

Apparently, a lot of people don't seem to get it, or we wouldn't have so many people that hate Jews because they blame them for killing Christ. They just ignore the fact that He was Jewish and so were all the first christians, including the diciples. Never understood that rationalization.

Most persons having been taught that the Jesus character of the fiction, called the New Testament, consider this person to have been of Jewish family, though the name, Jesus was not Jewish.
Some sidebar on history indicate that the character person Jesus may have been an adaptation from the Roman person of Panteras, but thats probably too complicated for present explanation.
Suffice it to say, that there is no evidence what so ever for a historical person of the New Testament narrative. It is a great fiction however. The supposed quotation of Josephus, in his History or Antiquities of the Jews....is expressly a false interpolation, but given the gullibility of most Christians, is accepted as legitimate evidence. However, all the events, and miracles supposedly ascribed to Jesus, never made the slightest impression on the several hundred contemporary historians of that era, and not one word was ever written about what should have been the greatest newsmaking events of the entire middle east. Think....dead saints rising and going into visit family in Jerusalem....wow... and nary a word in the market place, being spread abroad,,,as supposedly the gospel was preached by the apostles everywhere....except no one says anything about this fantastical Jerusalem community visitation, except Matthew.
GIve us a break people....Obviously somewhere someone has to admit that this fiction has gotten out of hand.
Sincerely

You've heard of one person dying for a lie even when they had the chance to take it back right? Two? Three? Twelve? I am talking horrible deaths just to keep some work of "fiction" as you call it going. You seem to be so intelligent and book smart. Do some research into how the 12 Disciples died. Beheading, stoning, bludgeoned. The apostle John was put in to a boiling vat of oil and managed to survive. He was sent to an Island called Pythos where he wrote Revalations. He, nor any of the other of the apostles EVER recanted their words, beliefs, or belief in Jesus Christ. All they had to do was tell their persecuters that it was a lie and their life would be spared, but they didn't. And this is documented in books that aren't in the Bible!! Imagine that!! Now, who would die for a lie like that? When in the history of the world has any group of men died for a lie like that? Never. Look it up, the answer is never. Convolute everything however you so choose, but that is a glaring fact your other historians, scholars, and newspeople of that day did document. Proof in itself.

Joseph and Mary were living in Bethlehem in the southern region of Judea at the time of Jesus' birth. In the more popular account of the apostle Luke, Joseph and a very pregnant Mary traveled more than 90 miles from their residence in Nazareth to Joseph's Judean hometown of Bethlehem to be counted in a Roman census. Regardless of the variation, both apostles agree that Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, which would make Jesus a Jew.
So Yes, he is Jewish, and?

That's right, Jesus was a Jew. But are you aware that being "Jewish" can mean 1 of 3 things (or a combination of the 3):
1) It can mean your religion that you practice.
2) It can mean your nationality.
3) Its an ethnic group.

correct, As a human Jesus had a religion of judaism. But as God he came to fullfill the ancient scriptures. He also came to give us a fresh start with new rules. He saw the corruption of the jewish leaders and debated with them. That's why the new testament succeed the old one.

Jesus was a man and, at same time, 100% God. Jesus was God and, at same time, 100% man. Jesus was God in man. Immanuel--God with us. Incarnation--God became man. All love to Jesus our Savior.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
