I try to do a live update and it stays at 20%. I went to the website to fix it and I still had the same problem, contacted Norton but, they couldn't send a file to me. Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it?

I had the same problem and there was a 99.... error I contacted them but they dint send me the file it always should error and even they coudnt fix it so i unistalled it and istalled the whole thing again that worked for me hope it does for u but if u are unistallin uninstall from add/remove programs that is better.

Personally, I would avoid Symantec products. Why pay when you can get a perfectly good AV program free from here...

norton is not as good as it should be.
try zone alarm suite.it has the best antivirus software and firewall you could ever get.

Myn hasnt been working too. i had to delete it and install a new software. Now i have ntl netguard.
