I always had my heart set on meeting Mr. Right and being married by age 25, that didn't happen. I am now 28 and I am desperately hoping to find someone and be married by age 30. I think that this is a common way of thinking because no woman wants to be an old maid. I also think that women tend to be more obsessed with the thought of growing old and becoming less attractive.

Just think....even if you get married at 30 or 35, that still gives you 50 years to spend with some guy who will likely turn out to be a good-for-nothing pain in the ***. We guys always shine at the beginning but.... You should embrace your singleness, improve and enrich your life through travel and social interactions. Stop worrying about finding the guy who will eventually make you miserable!!!!!

I don´t know exactly why, but in Spain this though it is because some men´s mentality are from twenty years ago. I think is like the film Brigitte John´s diary. Women at their 30s start to feeling a presion from their families. Questions like:
- When do you cacht a boyfriend?
- When do you get married?
-When do you have kids?
So this is why, What about in other countries?

Almost 30 and single(never married... no children). Definitely time to change perspective. And I don't think it's just women who question this. I'm in same situation. One day, you'll meet someone and you two will wonder where each has been your whole lives.

I have no idea why women get so stressed about not being married. I am 26 now and I dont even really date, i have moe important things to worry about. Most of the women that I know were just looking to be married, it really didnt matter to whom they got married, now almost all of them are divorced/remarried.
I will never undertsand, maybe they need the validation that someone loves them or they just want soemone to take care of them, who knows.

It shouldn't be about how old you are. It should be when you find that special one and both of you are ready emotionally, physically, and financially. I know alot of people who weren't married until they were in their 30s. Don't rush to be tied down to one person for the rest of your life. Live life and have a lil fun first.
