If you hit her hard, she's going to fly through the ceiling with pain!
Really, since every woman is different, you need to learn her.
Start by asking her to show you what feels good. Try different places, different levels of pressure and different strokes. If she can tell you what is working, that's the easiest, but if she can't, you'll have to learn how to read her.
Watch her breathing, the way she moves her body and the sounds she makes. If she moves away, that usually means it hurts. If she moves towards you, that's a win.
You might also invest in a small vibrator. It may be easier to learn. Note most women use something that vibrates the clitoris and do not penetrate the vagina.
A lot of women only orgasm during clitorial stimulation.
If you are penetrating her, use your fingers. There is a little bumpy area (well it is bumpy when she is aroused and might not be too obvious if she isn't) an inch or two inside, on the top of the vaginal walls. This is the famous "G" spot that really creates vaginal orgasms.
If you find the spot (trial and error may be necessary too), you will again need to experiment to figure out what pressure, speed and stroke works. Plus she will need to relax and go with the flow. Sometimes it feels like she needs to pee when the G spot is stroked. Tell her no worries there. It is nearly impossible to pee when completely aroused.
Happy discovery to you both!

i always have fun talking about sex with my partner. it is very erotic to me. so if you can be open with her, you might also find it erotic to explore what she likes together... instead of her not having any input. not sure how old you are, but remember to be safe while you're doing all that exploring.

maybe if you tease her lick, kiss, suck, repeat the pattern that would get her going then put it in and that should help. Good Luck
