What's scientific about healing illness through prayer instead of medicine?

christian science is an oxymoron.
they're based on two different methods.
christians believe in the reason, and then observe, scientists observe first and then try to find the reason.
christianity is a religion, not science, it will never be science, ever.
but you can believe in both. it certainly happens.
remember, one is not necessarily better than the other, they're just different and i for one subscribe to science.

Christian science belongs to true believers who know that everything is created from something prior, and that prior is an infinite, eternal, all-knowing and all-powerful God who created finity from His infinity.

It's a different definition of the word "science" than what you are thinking of.

i hear ya...that's a ridiculous religion to me....pray over my broken leg my a&&!!!!! I want a doctor and some medical treatment.. what i don;'t understand about them is that (to me) God gave doctors special abilities to treat people...they are silly, confused and brain-washed individuals...i feel sorry for the children raised in that CULT
