I would like to do a crash course in painting and decorating. I would like the course to include plastering, tiling, wallpapering, carpet fitting, wood floor laying and kitchen fitting. I dont want to attend for longer than 2-3 months. I am not bothered if I recieve a certificate/qualification or not. What is important is that the course is of a high standard.

Can anyone recommend a good course in the Central London area?

go for an NVQ course in any of the above skills, they last a year at least but they will teach you thoroughlly and might be part time.. otherwise just read books
