You can have a secure card. This is one that is backed up by a savings account. Use ths for a few months (6) then apply for a regular credit card.

You dont need any credit score to get a secured credit card.

at least 700 and up most banks will not let you have access to any of their business w/o a 700. sad but true. go through your employment to get direct deposit and you can get a debit card that way.
