The appointment you will attend to is car driving lessons, and you made this appointment in last friday. The excuse you made up has to be reasonable. The driving teacher will not feel pissed off after hearing your excuse. But actually your reason is simply that you don't feell like going to the lesson because you had a bad day and you did not have breakfast and lunch.

Since driving lessons are something that I am doing for myself and the freedom to be able to drive, I would try to overcome whatever is in me causing me to drag my heels on this. I would give myself a pep talk and schedule a special reward for overcoming my resistance. Then I would put on a smile of victory and go learn to drive!

Oh, boo hoo. Stop thinking so much about yourself. Join the real world and realize when you make a commitment follow through with it. You will have more respect for yourself at the end of the day. It's not an excuse, it's a lie. If you can't make it at least call and tell them that so they won't be waiting. Don't lie about it. You are not the most important person in the world.

Just simply say, "Sorry I will not be able to attend the class today, and will need to reschedule. I'm have a personal health problem that I would rather not talk about." If they insist on knowing what it is just say you have a stomach virus with diarrhea! That will embarrass them more than you. You told them you didn't want to talk about it. Works for me every time.

The best answers always the truth...
however if you must lie i'd say you have a migraine they can come on very quickly and they mess with your vision... and also can cause stomach troubles , no one doing a driving test will want to deal with this on top of what is already a stressful event

Eat a Snickers, suck it up, and go. Driving is a privilege and a responsibility. If you are not even responsible enough to make an hour driving lesson, you do not deserve to be driving.
