Ifyou are talking about travelling by car, the Le Shuttle trains ffrom Calais depart every 15-30 minutes (depending on time of day), but they unload just outside Folkestone, a short drive from Dover.

If you want a passenger train that uses the tunnel then the first stop in the UK is Ashford.

If you want to travel Calais to Dover the direct connection is by ferry
