There have been anecdotal reports of body temperature fluctuations toward the high end of 3 to 4 degrees.

I tend to agree with Answerer 1, just eat right and work out hard. Be consistent and be patient. Good things will come to you and they will last longer!

yeah...the effect is that you will be out $90 for something you could do for free.

Eat well, eat lots of protein, and lift like you have never lifted before. You'll gain weight in the form of muscle and you'll have an extra $90 in your pocket...
