what do i do? she never goes out, to have fun, i mean, and she expects me to do the same. She thinks I am acting and too flamboyant, when really, i'm just being me.

I know that, "Do the best you can." is not a very satisfactory answer, but that is almost all you can do.

For some specific suggestions, remember that her culture should have a lot to offer, so take advantage and learn as much as you can from her. ANY culture, including American culture expects people to respect their parents, so, when at home, it will not hurt to let her have her way for most things. However, when you have to go out and interract with companions in public, I hope you can help her understand that you choose more Western styles to fit in and make friends.

Find out from her If she will allow you to have friends over for a social visit. A lunch or BBQ is a good excuse. Between you and your mother, plan a fun menu incorporating some foods representing the East and the West. Don't apologize to your friends for you mom's culture. Tell them you appreciate the best of both worlds. Perhaps your mother, hearing you tell your friends this, will appreciate what you are doing.

Do what your mom says.When you move out and are on your own you can do anything you want.She is just doing her job as your parent.
