a grilled chicken salad with lite rance dressing and shredded low-fat cheese and a fresh fruit salad with lite whipcream a tall glass of water and a diet coke. Well that's what I want !

How about a lovely, cooling taco salad? Just bust up a bag of plain tortilla chips, cook up some hamburger, and dump it in a bowl with diced tomatoes, diced onion, some torn up lettuce, and shredded cheese, and then mix well with Catalina dressing...YUMMY! Hope this helped.

Food would be good...lol What is close by? For me it is Quiznos, a local store with Chinese, a sandwich shop next door (pricey) and Jack-in-the-Box (can be just as pricey). So the choices are many but it gets old, ya know? Best wishes!

Let's start with Popeye's spicy fried chicken strips with sweet and sour sauces, French fries, freshly steamed asparagus and cole slaw.
Add a tall glass of cold homemade lemonade and a touch of honey with a pinch of cayenne pepper, and we're off! For dessert, that's on me, I make a pretty good bread pudding with lemon sauce. I sometimes ease over to Brown's Chicken because of their fried mushrooms and usually order two lbs. of them. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I get l lb. for the family and the other one for myself.
