It Depends!
On what kind of job you are interviewing for?
Most of the jobs under titles like "Application Developer", "Web Developer" etc does require you to know "decent" amount of SQL skills because most of the companies are looking for a hybrid person who can do both Front End as well as Back End.
Most don't expect you to know the SQL DBA stuff but definitely want you to have expert knowledge of SQL developer stuff.
Again .NET itself is such a huge framework with lots of areas to work with Web Development, Windows Application Development, Web Services Development etc. So depending on what kind of job you are interviewing for will have additional nice to have skills - for example for Web Developer position. Employer make expect you to know Javascript, CSS, AJAX, little bit of Photoshop or any other photo rendering/editing tool.
I hope this helps!

well if you are interviewing in a java shop, .net is definitely not enough. in general more languages are better but only if you know at least one or two well enough to do a wide range of things. it also depends on the job, find out what they are looking for and focus on it in your interview.
