What parts of the body will this help be slimmer.
What other body parts will I need to work on to lose weight?
I have been eating 1400- 1800 calories a day walking fast for two miles, jogging one mile, riding bike for one mile and using a strider for 2 miles.

Maybe you just need to change something. Whats included in your 1400-1800 calories. Are they empty calories, protein, carbs or what. This site has really helpful info:

Do you drink a lot of water? if not Try drinking nothing but water. Its hard at first to give up all those other drinks but once you do thats all you want and keep up the good work. You still need to drink milk though. Good Luck!

Sounds like you're on the right track to me. All you're doing are cardio workouts and that's one of, if not THE, best way to lose excess fat.
