Can a 31 year old guy ever be serious with a 20 year old and getting married and have kids?

I think so, but the 20-year-old would have to be very committed and serious. I think a person really changes a lot between the ages of 18 and 24.

Being almost 31 I'd not discount a woman if she was only 20. Other factors would influnece my decision though, if she was mature for example or similar interests. Generally I look for a woman who is of a similar age as most women under 25 see us over 25's as perverts for wanting a woman as young! Best way to find out is to ask him. Good luck :)
