Does anyone know where I might buy Scotch flavoring without the alcohol? I would be very grateful. Thanks.

Blended scotch would be fine.

Unfortunately, I know of no store-bought product.

You may try simmering a regular scotch in a saucepan and thus boil the alcohol off. No idea what it would taste like afterward though...

what kind of scotch? blended, single malt, small batch, highland, lowland, islay, cambleton, speyside, jura? my point is scotch is more complex than wines, and varies on so many levels, it would be impossible to call something a scotch flavor as there are so many flavors of scotch
