The Flirtini at Guastavino's
The Flirtini was invented and created at Guastavino's for Sex in the City's Sarah Jessica Parker. At the Sex in the City's premiere party in May of 2000, Sarah Jessica requested "a fun, pink drink." Quickly, Guastavino's bartender created what looked like a pink martini. After Sarah Jessica indulged in this tasty beverage, she aptly named it the "Flirtini."
Ingredients
1 oz. Stoli Raspberry
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Splash of fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
4 raspberries muddled at bottom of glass
A float of Sparkling wine
Directions
Mix all liquors (except for sparkling wine) and juices together.
Gently pour into glass over muddled raspberries
Top off with sparkling wine
Color should be a golden yellow, raspberries at the bottom with a frothy top.

DRINK RECIPE
Flirtini
1 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Champagne
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Combine Vodka, Champagne, and Pineapple Juice in a highball or collins glass filled with ice.
For a Party:
Multiply recipe and mix in a pitcher
Here's martini recipe that I made up-
1 part Vodka
2 parts Starbuck' Double Shot
Shake over ice in martini shaker and strain
Warning - if you drink later in evening, or drink more than one, you might have trouble going to sleep!

If its not gin and vermouth, its not a martini. A drink served in a martini glass does not make it a martini. Just as pouring a rum and coke into a margarita glass doesn't make that a rum and coke-arita.

hey hip trendy drinkers munchen008 is absolutly right ,a drink served in a martini glass is called a cocktail, a drink in a highball glass over ice is a long drink,ect. there are many correct terms in bartending, if you want to sound cool learn the right ones and use them, look up international bartenders guild, they set the standard.
