How old were you when you had sex for the first time & are you glad you did it with that particular person?

I was nearly 17 when i lost my virginity... i dont regret it, as anything in my life that happens i think happens for a reason, and has made me the person i am today.
However, even though it was both mutual-my ex ( at the time) was the person who persuaded me, and partly encrouaged me to do it-otherwise i dont think that i would have had sex until i was at least 17/18 years of age- as in all honesty i dont think that i was ready for it-as partly i believe this to be so, as i was abused in my childhood (psychically, but not sexually thank god!)
It took me a long time to trust anyone-and once i did, unfortunately my ex cheated on me-with 4/5 other women whilst i was with him in 3 and half years-stupidly i took it back time after time! but now, i am happy to say that i have been in a long term relationship with someone i truly trust for 9 months, and i think i am going to have a long term future wiht him hopefully!
I am glad that i did have sex (or loose my virginity) with the guy i was with, as i dont have any regrets-i guess that if i did, i would be having sex for the wrong reasons! It has also made me much more aware of what i want now in the future, and as to the man that i want now-that i have now. He has made me very much the woman i am today :)

I was 16 the first time that I had sex. If I could go back in time, I definetly not do it with the guy I did it with. Actually, I would have waited for a couple of more years, if I could go back and change things. I think the reason I did it was because I was one of the last girls in my circle of friends to do it, I felt like I had to see for myself what all the hype was about.

The first time I had sex I was 19 and it was with my husband. I am glad that I waited until we got married. He is all the time saying he wishes that he had been a virgin coming to me, too. He regrets all the sex that he had before we got married.

I was just thinking about asking this question yesterday! so weird
i waited until one month before my 21st birthday (exactly)
I am really glad i waited, and i am glad i did it with that person. He helped me learn to really like sex--i know some girls who had terrible first times and they were turned off to sex in a big way.

lol another question about the first time sexual experience. what is it the remembrance day or some thing! anyway, like I answered to the last one, 29 and still waiting! the only regret is not to have it lol I don't know if she will be a nice person or I will run for my life and hate women. which I hope don't happen and she be good. very late starter and girls don't like older guys being virgin lol

16 and glad that got it out of the way BUT it was casual, she was olderand I left quickly at the end of the party which hurt her as well. So overall, quite typical and not the best. Had 30 years of practice since and things have improved......so I am told!

i was 15 did it to get it over with it was horrible and i didnt have sex after that for a year and a half wish i had waited. the person was nothing special and no wish i had waited cos then i would of lost it to my boyfriend that i met when i was 17 which is now my husband and im 22

I'm waiting til I am married or until I can handle the consequences. I know not all sex results in pregnancy but I just think you shouldn't do it unless you're ready to face the consequences.
