if no.........what more can b done to get a flat stomach?

Crunches are great. So are sit-ups, but cardio will trim the fat. Try jogging, jumping-jacks, bicycling, dance classes, aerobic classes. Your diet also depends on it.

Crunches and sit-ups are good to build the muscle, but if you have fat behind that muscle, it just doesn't make sense.

Lift both arms up to your shoulders, (not straigh out, but like wings).

Then rotate your body all the way to the left, then all the way to the right, keeping the torso straight, just bend at the waist.

Do this for 15 minutes a day, for 4 weeks, and the little belly fat that you have will burn off...
