There are several things that need to be known to really help you with this project.

First of all, who is going to be attending the event? Are you hosting it for business partners, employees, etc. or is it for consumers, like an open house type of thing?

Second, what kind of budget do you have? Is money no object or do you have a set limit of funds? For example: could you hire the Blue Man Group to play at this event or would you have to hire good local talent to provide music if you wanted to go the way of live entertainment?

Third, how is your company marketing the liquor and who is their target market? You need to use that information to help you figure out what kind of theme to center your event around.

Just off the top of my head though - a lot of blue balloons. I'd go for an event with a very vintage feel, ya know something that feels very antiquey. Got any pics of the bottles and labels? I'm good at this kind of stuff when I can see what I'm working with.

Good luck anyway. Hope this answer has helped to inspire you or given you some things to think about.

If the venue has theatre lights you can have them put blue gels over them. Most beverage promotions that have a colour in the name of the liquor will offer drinks that incorporate the liquor that are also that colour. I couldn't find any references to the one you mentioned but I'm assuming it's tequila?? Blue Margaritas would be in order in that case using blue Curacao as the color agent. You can offer special pricing on the drinks that have the liquor in them.

Most liquor manufacturers have promotion products like Tee Shirts, coasters, etc...perhaps you could make up some gife bags to raffle off or give as prizes for a Karaoke or dance contest or some such.

If the club allows live music, you could get a blues band to play perhaps?

Basically without knowing anything about the image the company wants to portray with it's product, it's going to be hard to do anything other than come up with general ideas.
