because they have no direction or morals to prevent them from doing whatever the heck they want.
Or they dont care about what is right or wrong.
It sucks.

This is usually because they feel insecure about themselves, by being nasty to others, it makes them feel superior and better. Many times, they just do it to be plain out mean, which is wrong, but a fact of life.

i think all the answers say it all.people just make themselves look unattractive when they are being nasty it just reflects straight back to them but they dont see it that is how stupid they really are. they are sad.
