normaly during the day I am very cold but over the midnite when I go to bed I feel so hot. my blood presure is not bad normaly 110 over 90 and blood counts and iron are fine as well. I don't know what is wrong with me ?

No one here can diagnose you...not even a doctor without seeing you and running some tests. Please make an appointment with your doctor to find out what is going on.

Check your iron deficency level. You could be aniemic. People with low iron deficienies cannot control thier body tempature. You dont want to risk going into shock, or have a heat stroke.
See a doctor that specializes in cardiology. They can be able to tell you what are in your blood levels are and what u can do to take care of that.

Quite often it can be a circulitory problem. The blood may have all the right things in it, but the circulitory system may not be moving the warm blood fast enough. Check with your Dr.

Im the same way! Ill freeze during the day and at night i sleep with my fan on high and ill wake up sweating! Let me know if you find out!

Get with your Doctor, you may be going though menopause of other female changes that may be causing your body to do this...

It might be a sign that you have a thyroid problem. Have you discussed this with your doctor?
