It depends on the sensitivity of the test...some of them can detect the pregnancy hormone as soon as a week before your missed period...usually the more expensive tests are the one's that are the most sensitive to detect the hormone. I tested positive just fine off a cheaper one though.

I've used EPT (The Error Proof Test) and it worked for me both times

I have done a few pregnancy test and I do have to aggre EPT is the best.

Clear blue is really good. But I think 1st reponse is the best, 2 lines means pregnant and one line not. You can take it up to 4 days before your period (I think)and some of them will say to use it as your 1st pee in the morning, but this one it doesn't matter. And you can get the one that has 2 in one box, just in case.

In my opinion EPT (Error Proof Test) is the best.

It is negative you cannot be sure
If it is positive, it is Positive!
