Are you sitting down (no pun intended)?

I received a "no tear" knee injury 20 years ago. ...still hurts in cold weather or "just because". Sorry for the news.

Now, here's the question: How important are you? I feel as though I am your caring, older relative. Forget about asking us lay people about a medical issue. Pain and injury to a knee is a potentially serious issue. If you can afford it, go and see a doctor. Otherwise, go to the nearest clinic that offers little or no charge for a decent look at your knee injury. Hey, we are talking about walking here and not just for now, but for always. Let's put your mind at ease and get this taken care of. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

I hurt my knee in April of last year, and it what happened was it was raining, I slipped and my knee fell right into the edge of a step. And it took me about 6 weeks until I was 100% fully well. It all depends on your injury.

And sometimes, after it is fully healed, it could hurt due to weather chances or like they said "just because". Mine hurts before a storm comes, when the pressure is up, in the cold, or just because it is... And for that, Tylenol Arthritis works wonders!

I've had a knee injury now for 10 years. Once you have surgery, your knee isn't ever the same. Arthritis sets in and the you have problems for life.

I ruptured my cruciate ligament and that hurt like hell for ten years until I had it repaired. The op hurt even more and I was in plaster for months and months but at least I can walk again HURRAH!!

Hopefully your injury isn't that serious but get it checked just in case, I didn't think mine was anywhere near as bad as it turned out to be :-)
