People are just like puppets in the hands of God and Satan. God has done a great deal to lead the people to the right path by sending messengers, giving Holy Books, etc. But sometimes Satan won over God. Here why should the people be sent to hell???

Because they choose to follow Satan and no matter what God tries they still rather sin than God and they would be miserable in heaven with all the holiness and holy people doing holy things and praising God. You can imagine someone who doesn't want to worship God in heaven where all they will do is worship God? It will be hell for them. People will not burn in hell forever they will burn until they are dead, despite what people say God is still compassionate and caring even in this.

For one thing Satan NEVER defeats God! God always wins against him.You are not puppets in the hands of God or Satan. God does not control what we do and what we don't do. Satan can't control what you do either you have to make your own decisions. The only people sent to hell are those that don't believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. If they believe in him they will live in eternity. God doesn't like to send people to hell. It is not his choice it is that persons.

I don't know what you're point is. God doesn't send poor people to hell only because they are poor. They might be poor but also unrepentant sinners, then God will definitely send them to hell. This can happen to rich people, too. When you said God was defeated by Satan. How so? I don't believe God is able to be defeated by something, or someone.

1.) People are NOT puppets if they were there would be no such thing as "Free Will."
2.) People have a CHOICE to follow God or not...with every choice there are consequences.
3.)God never sends anyone to Hell it is the choices of each person that will decided their eternal destiny.
Satan will never defeat God...he also will receive just punishment for his deeds as well.

Because ultimately we have free rational choice in society to make our own mistakes, I dont think God ever said He would protect us from ourselves. And using Satan as an excuse is just a "cop out". There are rich in Hell I am sure, and if there are poor there (I am sure there are) than it is because of choices they made, not because of their monetary status. I am sure you have heard "It is more difficult for a Rich man to enter the Gates of Heaven than a camel through an eye of a needle".
