Yes, I would be willing to teach. I think all men need a little teaching at times, regardless of how many notches they have on their belt because every woman's different. In my sexual experience, I had to tell/show all of them in one way or another what to do for me no matter how much experience they had before me. It's by no means a handicap for them, it's more like ensuring that I get what I want out the deal as a participant.

Depends on how bad, I guess.
If the guy hasn't done ANYTHING, it's really awkward for a woman who has had more experience than him.
However, if the woman has had little experience as well, it's not going to bother her whether or not he's an expert.
Some women really like to "teach" their man how to give and recieve pleasure. Honestly, all men and women can use a little guidance, no matter how many times they've done it, because every person is different with a variety of preferences.
But yeah, sure. There are lots of girls who'd be willing to do the extra work and show em how it's done. It's pretty fun, actually.

It's a challenge and its exiting.
I'm speaking of my own expirience of a 3 year long relationship when i was 32 and he was 22 and i did teach him A LOT . It was awesome for both of us and he grew up with me watching him growing into a MAN. I'll never forget it and i'll never forget him, it was the most exiting time of my life and i would do it over again if i had the chance to, BUT keep him with me that time around..i wouldnt want him leaving me as the first one did even though i knew he would someday, i loved him very much.

I would help a brother out~if my man wasn't sure about what was going on~damn straight I would be directing him~if he isn't getting it right, then I am not happy~we all know I need to be happy in order for everyone else to be~cause if I'm not happy there isn't anybody happy!!!! :) Your whole life should be on learning and teaching no matter what the subject may be!!! :)

of course if it's really needed...but, with limitations...it depends on what's my relationship to him...it's an exciting challenge for me, sometimes it's good to learn from a sexxpert/guru from a sexy goddess like me as for an example---

NO, that's the best way to get them... mold them the way you want and teach them what works for you
instead of being stuck with what their other gf's have taught them!! Teach them what YOU want.

ah but KB, some women can't bring themselves to teach their men the *right* way....
But if he is trained by at least one... then he will be more pliable for the next woman to polish that rough gem.
