I has been thinking about a real bad disease for a log time, cancer, or something like that , I has been taking blood test and nothing was finded. So I think all my symptoms arent real. I need help.. I dont know If Im bipolar or hypocondriac.

Stress can cause all sorts of "side-effects" on your body. loss of sleep, appetite, etc. If you can't deal with the stress your self, try talking with your spouse, a friend or a Dr. If you let it go on too long it could cause more serious problems.
