i've tried so many things to lose weight and Nutrisystem was wonderful!!!! i lost 12 pounds which was awesome and i myself noticed the difference!
the first time i tried it i kind of cheated by eating foods that weren't sent to me and i did lose weight, but i would've lost more if i wouldnt' have cheated a bit.
but the second time i ordered it, i was more commited and followed it and lost more weight.
the first 3 days i had lost 4 pounds, mainly i think because i lost a lot of water, but after that it was like 2 pounds a week.
the amount nutrisystem cost is WORTH it!!!! i hope to order it again, when i have more $$$. dont' give up!!!! i could never imagine myself being thin because i always a chubby. i thought it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to get slim, but it is POSSible if you stay postive and stayed commited. i did.
i'm trying to maintain my weight now on my OWN without nutrisystem and so far it's gone pretty good. i'm still trying to shed my last 10 pounds and it's a killer! but i know i will get there.
for now, to motivate myself to lost those last 10 i made signs with my goal weight on them all over my room, so i know what i'm working for. and i also try to imagine my family's reactions when they see me slimmer in december(i only see them during Christmas, we live in different countries). i can't wait to hear them say to me" you look so good!!!!" ," how'd you do it?"
don't get discouraged!!! good luck!!!

I tried it and was pretty good for a week or so and did lose 2 lbs during this time. You have to supplement what they send you wil fresh fruits and veggies and milk. I was not a fan of ANY of the lunches, so I just got a salad anyways. I'd rather just eat my oatmeal or special K for breakfast which isn't too dissmiliar from what they have. Their stuff has lots of soy in it-which is fine. But portion control is the biggest lesson here. The dinners are great-packaged so nothing tastes outstanding, but I found them edible for my picky palette and are very convenient when I come home from work. Any diet takes discipline - of course I am on a different one now, but still am using the dinners and breakfast pancake mixes. Go to the below for a more in-depth review.

i;ve tried it and all diets can work if you work it..however, the best is just to moderate your intake, but you must burn the calories...every other day do some kind of heart exercise.. walking, jogging or bicycling. i found that when i regularly exercised, i never gained weight, because i was constantly burning calories... be patient too. it didn't come on overnight, so it won't come off overnight either...good luck
