A girl I made fun of and pushed around got me back real bad the other day. This came when I was at lunch in school and she peed in my milk carton when I went to get a snack. Can I legally press charges or something against this ho?

Legal proceedings cost too much in legal fees.
Did you suffer any physical symptoms. (not loss of self esteem), if no the probsble damage award may be low and not cover your legal fees.
Can you prove that she did it? If no, or it would be difficult, forget litigation.
If the girl is a minor under your state's law, suing is not a great idea.
Urine is sterile, if that person is healthy, so you were not poisoned. (though it has a bad taste).
This girl is a bit insane stay away from her.
The best revenge, if your ego can take it, is to tell everyone about the incident and mention her name. People will find her and her action repugnant, and will avoid her.
Teasing people is not worth the energy. Try ignoring them, it works better in the long run.

What goes around comes around- maybe you need to remember that before you push someone else around.
I doubt you can press charges legally but you could make matters much worse by turning her in to the principal.
