i don't suggest diet pills but if u must get hydroxycut they'll speed up your metabolism and work as a diuretic (you'll pee a lot). also eat lots of friut like watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melons have tons of water in them. apples are good too. then, eat small meals like six times a day eg. a salad or a sandwich. if u need more help you can email me.

Diet pills are unhealthy and just because they say it'll work it makes you feel sick and it won't be worth it after the wedding.
Drink or eat a lot of grapefruit or juice, it's a diet food. But don't consume it TOO much or eat just that or you'll piss enough for your whole zip code, lol.
It's summer, go swimming (if you know how to, not like me :P) Swimming helps you lose weight AND tone your body and reduces belly fat.
Avoid sugar; because it's the HARDEST thing to burn.
Try reducing your portion sizes that you eat. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, eat 5 meals a day that's the size of your fist. Just because 3 meals is a lesser number, you're consuming wayy wayy more. Also it slows your metabolism.
Or, if you have enough time; buy some Special K fruit&yogurt Kellogs cereal and replace two meals with a bowl of that w/ MILK for two weeks and you will see results!
Also, reduce CALORIE intake. Watch what you eat. If you eat -less- than 2,000 a day; you will lose lbs fast per week! Add milk w/ that diet if you're going to do it that way; it's proven that milk increases weight loss results!
Also; add excersize to your diet most definately. Try taebo. Home videos! Taebos are great for toning your body especially your stomach. I tried it for a day and my stomach already felt rock-hard! If you add taebo to your daily schedule for 7 days you will see results. :] Jessica Alba used taebo before.

This is what all the famous actors and stars do (what I have understood): They eat much things that has much protein in it, for example meat (meager), chicken, fish, beans (and many other vegetables), low-fat milk products with much protein in it, etc. Protein will make your stomach feel filled fast in relation to how much calories it contains. And, protein only will not make you fat. But living a long time (I don't know if it is a month or years) only eating protein is not either good. Anyway, try to avoid much carbohydrates, fat and fast food, and eat much meager meat and other kind of meager food that will fill your stomach fast.

Eat more vegetables. Get rid of animal fat (pork). Eat less sugar, but eat plenty of fruits. Drink 2 litres of water a day. Try to have more meals a day, but to eat less. Don't eat at night, give up your snacks, your peanuts, your carbonated juices. Don't have fast-food-it isn't healthy and it is also fattening. Eat salad, spinach (it is rich in iron), lettuce and other green vegetables. Exercise a lot.

If you are looking for a diet pill that works fast and great, in my experience, trim spa. 2 pills in the morning, 2 pills before lunch and 2 pills before bed. If you don't like diet pills a class of vinegar a day.

Go to a YMCA and work out for about an hour 3-4 times a week. If you do it too much, it's bad for you.
