The only way I know of removing a perm is with a perm. I have straightened my hair a number of times. All you need to do is get a perm from the store, and do just as the directions say. Instead of putting in perm rods just brush through your hair over and over for the time frame that it says. Then rinse out put on the neutralizer and follow the rest of the directions. Its always worked for me! It should work for you too!

The only thing that I know of that might help is if you wash your hair right away instead of waiting the time necessary after a perm (if I remember right I think it was a day or two). You may want to try Sally Beauty Supply or another beauty supplier. They usually have cosmetology students working there so they might be able to help you. If that doesn't work, try going to your local beauty school and ask there.

I know of no way to remove a perm other than to just let it grow out or cut all of your hair off.

Freelance stylist with a heart.1st PLEASE PLEASE Go back to the salon, but if it is a home perm unfortunatly not alot, get some good treatments from a good salon, best to buy and do yourself as it will be ££££ if you get the salon to apply it,unfortunatly the perm solution is on and permenant,it now has to grow out,BUT you can help it by, being a little pacient and now looking after your hair.your hair will get better but it will take time.Sraighteners with a good straighten balm is also an option.if you need more advice dont hesitate. x

There is no remedy to remove a permanent relaxer from hair...you have to cut it off...(the hair that has already been processed) and wait for some new growth....It doesn't take courage to cut off some bad hair, just confidence that people will like you irregardless of what's on top your head....so Confidence is the remedy.
