You might have to speak with her parents and have some sort of intervention.....

If you care about your friend, you'll talk to her parents. Even if they hate you as you say, you still need to talk to them - if you show you're willing to speak to them about how worried you are about your friend, they'll appreciate that whatever they think of you. Her parents may or may not have noticed but either way they might not realise how serious the situation is. Your friend is seriously risking her long term health and any chance she may have to have children if she wants those one day as anorexia is a very serious psychological problem with horrible physiological repercussions such as her heart, lungs, brain and so on failing.
You'll have to bite the bullet and talk to her parents, her teachers, some other relative of hers - anyone in authority who might be able to help your friend.
You being there will also be important, especially when help starts to be given to her. You could also sit her down and have a serious chat to her about how worried you are - not just ask questions but a really good, serious talk. Good luck.

You need to keep speaking to her - she wont like it, but what you describe sounds worryingly like she is anorexic. Eventually, she may be able to face up to the fact and she will know that you are a good friend and are there to support her. You may well have to go to her parents - even if it initally makes you unpopular with her, it may be best in the long run. Good luck, I hope it all turns out OK.

Well if she's loosing weight and she seems happy that's ok. Just make sure she doesn't think she's fat. If she's always asking you/others about their weight I think you might have a problem.. but if it comes to that you need to be the 'adult' and sit down with her parents and explain that you think their daughter has an eating disorder.. they'll thank you in the long run if she has.. and if not they'll see that you really care about her.. xD =)

If she is anorexic, she will need proper psychiatric help. It's a tough road she's following, and you need to keep talking to her, your teachers and anyone else who will listen about it. Anorexics are mentally fragile, and she may also be showing other strange behaviour patterns, like obsessive actions and self-harm. Keep a close eye on her in a very supportive way, and let her know that you are there. Good luck.

Tell her mum and dad that you think shes got a problem, and tell your friend that youre not trying to upset her and you just dont want her to be ill and you are worried about her.

Tell her she looks fat.
Laugh at the spoiled brat.
Send her to work at a soup kitchen and see what its like to really not have food.
