2 MONTHS OF EXERCISE AND DIETING

2006-06-25 17:00:39 · answer #1 · answered by prlnr 5 · 0 0

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Depends on how you go about it....
Here is a general rule of thumb. You need to take in roughly 2000 calories a day as a female to maintain a healthy weight. To lose a pound of fat you need to take in 3,500 less calories than you need over any time period. So if you wanted to lose a pound in a week, you would need to reduce the amount of calories taken in from 14,000 (2,000 x 7) to 11,500. You can do it faster or slower than that, just taken in 3,500 less per pound of fat you wish to lose over whatever the time period may be. Diet is even more important than excercise in losing weight.

As far as excercise goes walking, running, biking, or any aerobic will work to help you burn calories, especially short term. But the best longterm way to lose weight and keep it off is by lifting weights. Lifting weights will increase the amount of muscle, therefore causing you to burn more calories per day, even when you rest, because muscle uses more calories than fat. You will be able to eat more without gaining weight or lose weight by eating the same amount.

Maybe about two months. Try the water diet, drink water before you eat, during eating and after eating. Do this to all your meals.
Try running or walking for 40 minutes everyday. After a month you'll see the difference. That's how I lost a lot of weight. GOOD LUCK

Surgery for 15-20 lbs ???? Are you nuts ???? Cut out 500 calories everyday which equals 3500 calories per week. You will loose 15-20 lbs in 15-20 weeks. 3500 calories equals 1 lb of weight.
