I believe I can help you out with this one! Well, I believe that a girl of any age likes a guy with confidence. They like it when boys look at them in the eye and compliment them without being too needy. The guy has to act like he wants her as a friend, and open up to her as he would with a friend. Tell your cuz to break out of his shell! Hope this helps!

if your cousin can't find the nerve to talk and be friendly with this girl, he should try to talk and be friendly with her friends. then, he might get invited to join them after school when they hang out or whatever, then it'll be easier to talk to her, or even just hang out with her and her friends, then she'll see that he's a great guy and voila! sorted :) As for particular things... guitars and being in a band. vair hot, for all teens, I think.

Awe, that's soo cute! Anyways. Um, we like boys who pay attention, who want to talk to us. A boy who'd rather spend lunch sitting with his gf instead of his friends, a boy who's protective, and nice. That's about it.
