You should ask him out, and not bring up the question if he dates back girls or not.
Unless you have specific reasons for your "tad concern," you may be assuming that he may have a problem dating back girls.
Ask him out....he may say "yes," you never know....
But even if he says "no," that doesn't neseceraly mean that he has a problem with back girls. Lots of guys who get asked out by chics say "no" at first, so don't take it pesonaly.
Don't approach it as a racial issue. If you do, problems are sure to surface. Approach it as a human issue. Have fun.

I say go for it if you like him there is only one way to find out if he is into interacial type of stuff. And I'm not a white dude but I have dated outside of my race and I had a great time it is definitely different but that's what you are looking for right so try it. Only one thing you should know in interacial dating in the south is not always smiled on now back in Texas no body really cared cause it was so commen. Now don't take this the wrong way cause I'm not trying to discourage you I'm just trying to prepare you too get dirty looks from both races at times but if you and your friend can handle that then everything will and should be fine

You shouldn't have a problem by just asking, you look very attractive and shouldn't have a problem, their aren't alot of guys that would turn you down especially from a large metropolitan area, the black guys might get a bit jealous though lol

You have to ask him out you seem like you have a good head on you shoulders and if you like this guy he must be a good guy and if he for some reasons turns out to be a jerk don't let that discourage you from the whole race barrier thing love does not discriminate.

Just ask him out, if he has a problem with your race he will say no.
Don't let stereotypes and misconceptions stop you from experiencing anything. And don't ask him if he likes "black girls" this only make you look racist and leave him wondering why you want to date him. If you like him ask him.
Good Luck!!

The fact that your black and he's white should have nothing to do with your possible relationship. if he wont date you just because your black then he's probably not the kind of guy you want to date anyway. just follow your friends advice and ask him. if he really is the guy you like then he will accept you for who you are... black, white, or purple.

Talk to him and get to know the guy first. Once you do you'll find out for sure whether or not he has a problem with race.

never ask him if he dates a black woman when you say that it brings race into play just be open and honest and tell him what you desire. if he has a problem with race then ask yourself would you really want to be with him anyway?

If he's worth anything, he doesn't have a care in the world about your skin color. Don't stress it girl, just let him know. You don't have to be all formal about it, ask him if he'd like to go out for drinks, or dinner...something low-key and casual. That way you can feel him out and make sure he's not a racist prick :-) Seriously, just go for it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, right?
