I Do believe it has alot to do with the marinade,however im not keen on oppossum,i try to stay clear of marsupial munchies.

I would think so, like most other entrees and the Road Kill Cafe.
Try the soup du Jour, it's made from the veggies left at the bottom of the dishpan. YUMMY. It's called Dishpan Veggie soup.
