Possibly, Jim Rohn. He is an American Businessman, Author, Speaker & Philosopher. He has been attributed to many quotes about change. He has written much about a persons personal accountability for creating change in their own life. He gives motivational speeches on change. He also was quoted as saying, "If you don't like how things are, change it. You're not a tree."
Possibly Mike Murdock. He was quoted as saying, "You will never change your life until you change something you do daily."
Another possibility may be, Gita Bellin credited as saying:
"If one desires a change, one must be that change before that change can take place."
Whomever, is credited to this quote, may have had little to zero faith in God. God tells us that we only need to change one thing. If we are living the wrong way, we need to change that desire and commitment to live under the authority of God. All other things will change when we first change ourself.
A sure way to fail is trying to change everything. A person that is in need of changing their life, often gets overwhelmed, because many things in their lives are out of order. One does not need to change everything, turn to God, he will direct you to live better, all things will then change, by making one change...and you will not be overwhelmed.

Probably an actor out of rehab, who has written a book or a popular person who just realized he or she was reborn after a major turn in their lives or a person who sells products in those infomercials!
