Hello,yes,it is proven natural remedy for "boosting" the body metabolism. Even the smallest amount of chilly,hot spices like curry etc.work fine and they are easy to be applied in many meals..Actually,I can state that works also from my personal experience. Good luck!!

Actually,spicy foods HAVE been demonstrated to raise the metabolic rate and speed up the digestion by enzymatic activation.
This does not mean however ,that you will lose weight by relying only on spicy foods and chilis; without a proper diet and exercise.

yes, any hot foods will speed up your metabolism. chillis, hot peppers, cinnamon, cheyenne pepper. you can even buy cheyenne pepper pills so it goes down much easier unless you actually like eating hot stuff.

yes, but it will be hardly noticeable, eating magnesium based, or hot foods (chilis included,,,, hello?) helps speed up your metabolism, but also so will ice water, your body needs to burn energy to bring the water temperature up to a level the body can accept it.

exercise more. turn off the tv and go out for a run or walk. THAT will make a huge difference.
