Yes you should put them in the refidgerator. You can leave them out for a little while with out them going bad. But no more than an hour or so. You dont want to eat rotten eggs! :)

Depends on how long before you plan to eat it and the temperature of the area. If it's just several hours and the temperature is mild, I'll just leave it outside coz I dont like cold eggs.
