I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

not really. I mean if you wore something REALLY HEAVY then you would work harder to carry yourself and maybe burn an extra 10 or 15 calories an hour....but in all practicalty....no, it doesn't make any difference.
What you DO during a workout will count for FAR FAR more than what you WEAR during a workout

yes, typicly you want to wear something that lets heat escape and doesnt constrict your movement. if you become overheated you can pass out, or if your movement is limited then you wont be able to flex as much to increase flexibility and thus burn more fat. keep hydrated.

Yes, it matter somewhat...if you wear heavier clothing, it adds to the amount of weight you are carrying. If you want to sweat more, wear heavier clothing, or Velcro weights to you

Wear somehting that will make you sweat more but if you get overheated and you don't breath correctly, you will get sick and barf your brains out on the way to emerge.

not really, unless it's so heavy that you have to really work to carry it.
sweating isn't the same as burning fat.
