If he's interested, he's noticed you already. You should'nt go after a guy who doesnt know your alive. But,if you really like him and you arent sure wheather or not he likes you( cause some guys are shy) you should just talk to him, be upfront and honest. Then he'll give you an answer and you wont have to guess anymore. If he's with it then hey, you can begin a friendship. Then if not, you know that you dont have to waste your time.

When you go out how do you act? If you act like you are having fun, you are smiling, you are laughing, you are dressed to kill, guys will notice. If you are sitting quietly, waiting for prince charming, he's never going to come. It is all in the presentation.

be confident but not cocky, be funny and kind aound him. ooze intelligence but so much that you seem intimadating, also make the first move like being at the same event as him, or inviting him casually ("Oh, you should come"). IM is a good way to talk confidently. And good luck!

But if you want him to notice you for who you really are then he needs to get to know you, and if he isn't interested in you because of you, then he isn't a very healthy relationship for you and you do not need to pursue him.
